What better way to celebrate the our anniversary than with a kick-ass rock show and Calendar Girls all while enjoying a refreshing Gansett. We held our Holly Jolly Holiday Party & Birthday Bash last Thursday at TT The Bear's Place in Cambridge. It was an absolute blast. And if you were there, then you know. Rhode Island’s premiere Foo Fighters tribute band, The Colour & The Shape, opened the show and played their 1997 classic album in it’s entirety. Michelle Lewis took the stage next and the Calendar Girls came up after her last song. All 12 were there and introduced themselves on stage while the crowd went nuts. The highlight of the night was The Blue Album playing all the hits from Weezer. Then the Wandas went up and with their bad-ass rock style really ended the night off right. Big thanks to Providence Pinup, Anarchy Eyewear, WFNX, the bands and everyone who came out to party with us and make this a huge success. What better way to celebrate the our anniversary than with a kick-ass rock show and Calendar Girls all while enjoying a refreshing Gansett.
