5% abv - Pilsner

Summer in a glass. Pilsner malt and heirloom Warthog wheat lend notes of sweetgrass and cereal. Azacca and Motueka hops add tropical notes of mango and pineapple. Fresh lemon zest (seriously fresh! we zest the lemons by hand right before we use them in the brew) accentuates the bright sun ripened flavor.

5.5% abv - Cream Ale

This light and refreshing ale is brewed with locally malted Maize from our friends at Valley Malt. We balance the bright malt notes with just the right blend of German hops for this easy drinking, pale golden beer. Notes of cereal and a hint of herbal bitterness

4.8% abv - Tart Ale

We took inspiration for this zippy beer from the classic and beloved wine cocktail. Citrus and spice are added to the kettle. Dark grape and cherry are added during fermentation resulting in vinous notes balanced perfectly by acidity.

We brewed this west coast pale ale to celebrate an animal near and dear to our hearts (just ask brewmaster Lee)!. Our Shark is bursting with hop forward flavors of grapefruit, pine and tangerine that are balanced by subtle notes of caramel from the malt.

4.8% abv - German Syle Ale with Blood Orange

Light bodied, crisp (yes we usually reserve that term for lagers, but that's part of what makes this ale so special), and extremely quaffable. Brewed like an ale and fermented like a lager, this beer underwent an extended period of cold conditioning. Blood orange was added during primary fermentation.

4.2% abv - Session IPA

Golden ale hopped with citra for notes of grapefruit and citrus. Light on the palate. Brewed to be the perfect pairing with whitefish or shellfish.

7.7% abv - IPA

We brewed this beer in celebration of National IPA day on August 1st. This west coast IPA utilizes caramel and crystal malts to add a complexed backbone to the hop forward profile of this beer. We dry hopped it with locally grown Comet hops from Huntinghouse Hopyard in Gloucester RI along with Falconer's Flight and added some Forbidden Fruit cannabis terpenes (flavor compounds. no this beer won't get you stoned) to really dial it up to 11.

We brewed this version of our New England Double IPA to showcase a new hop variety with a unique oil composition.  This beer has been triple dry hopped with Alora which contains an oil rarely found in hops and seen mostly in various citrus fruits such as yuzu and calamondin orange (a cross between kumquat and tangerine). Both on the nose and palate, this beer expresses beautiful notes of peach, apricot, sweet melon and yuzu.

Our version is a classic English style pale ale. We brewed this with ingredients from the UK including maris otter barley and East Kent Golding hops.

The earthy herbal british hops are beautifully balanced by the unique richness and slight nutty character of the malt.
