Events FAQ’s
Can I bring guests under 21?
Yes, you can bring children and young adults to the taproom as long as an adult or guardian supervises them. Our facility is an active brewhouse, so keep an eye on the young ones!
I don’t drink beer, have you got anything else?
We don’t offer hard alcohol or spirits in the taproom. We’re a brewery after all! But we get it. We offer Lil’ Dinghy, a gluten-free seltzer, made in-house. The flavors rotate often. We also carry non-alcoholic beer, soft drinks from Granny Squibbs Teas, and a variety of Yacht Club Sodas. We don't advertise it, understandably, but we can offer wine for large party bookings or events.
Can I bring in outside alcohol?
No, we don’t allow outside alcohol during regular operations. We have contacts with appropriate licensing for full bar pop-ups.
What are your food options?
We have our catering menu with our different packages. We don’t allow outside catering, except in the cases of dietary restrictions which we aren’t able to accomodate or by special request. We charge a fee for cleanup of events that bring in outside food.
What about live entertainment?
We book bands, DJs, Drum Troupes, fire dancers, and more. We book live music Thursday through Sunday, and we can help you find a performer or work with you if you already have music lined up. Reach out to Events@NarragansettBeer.com for more information on playing a gig at Narragansett Brewery.
What do you have for microphones or a projector?
We have a basic mixer, receiver, and microphones for public speaking. We also have an 88" mounted smart TV for meetings and two other TVs in the taproom.
Is there parking?
We have 34 spots in our lot, and parking along Tockwotton Street almost doubles that. If you ask nicely, the Hotel next door will validate parking when they’re not at capacity.
How do I pay?
For all groups of 20 or more, we ask for a credit card to put on file. For groups of 75 or more, we ask for a 20% deposit on the food and beverage minimum. We create event tabs on the day of your event and take payment once the event is over.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we welcome four-legged friends on our patio and beer garden. We ask that you keep your dog on a leash and be mindful of other guests and other dogs.
