Legal Age
Access to the Web site is restricted to people of legal drinking age in their country, province, or state of residence. In compliance with United States law, you must be at least 21 years of age to continue to use this site. Please leave this site immediately if you are not of legal drinking age. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
If you opt in to our SMS marketing program, we collect your mobile phone number and the consent method/timestamp associated with your opt-in. We use this information to:
• Send you marketing text messages you've requested (promotions, product news, event alerts);
• Manage your preferences and honor opt-out requests; Maintain records of consent as required by law.
We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do share phone numbers with our SMS service provider(s) solely to operate the text messaging program on our behalf. No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; information may be shared with subcontractors solely for support services such as customer service.

'Gansett Text Club — Terms & Conditions
By opting in to receive text messages from Narragansett Beer ("NBC," "we," "us"), you agree to the following terms.
Program Description. The 'Gansett Text Club sends recurring automated marketing messages (e.g., product news, promotions, event alerts, and special offers) by SMS/MMS via automated technology. Message frequency varies.
Eligibility. You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in the United States to participate. By opting in, you represent that you meet the legal drinking age in your state of residence.
Consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. By providing your phone number and opting in (via web form, checkout checkbox, keyword text, or other method), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages from NBC at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Message and data rates may apply.
How to Opt Out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message. You may also contact us at contact@narragansettbeer.com. After opting out, you may still receive transactional or administrative messages if applicable.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact contact@narragansettbeer.com / 401.437.8970.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless provider.
Changes. We may modify or discontinue the SMS program, or these terms, at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy. Your phone number and related information will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy above.
