Neighbor Day Block Party

Hi Neighbors! On Saturday, September 17th, Narragansett Beer, in association with the West Broadway Neighborhood Association and E&O Tap (289 Knight Street in Providence), will host their official block party in celebration of Neighbor Day. From 12pm-5pm, Luongo Memorial Square in Providence will be the site of live music, food trucks including De Las Olas Taqueria, Jake's BBQ and Wrap & Roll. Amas will also be there shucking some oysters for sale. Games like cornhole and ladder ball, and Bananagrams will be played for fun. Featured musicians include The Tower & The Fool and Michelle Lewis in the square. Brian McKenzie and Jeff Byrd & Dirty Finch will be rockin' behind the E&O Tap. In addition, the Rhode Island Beard and Moustache Club will sponsor the "’Gansett Beer’d Off: A Rhody Style Beard and Moustache Competition." Proceeds from the bar sales will benefit the WBNA. Must be 21 to drink. Please drink responsibly.
