Gansett’s One Millionth Case Has Been Ordered

Narragansett’s 1 millionth case produced (since locals acquired the brand in 2005) has been ordered, and it will land on Thurs 4/22 at McKinlay’s in Holden, MA.  The case will be hand delivered by Gansett’s owner Mark Hellendrung along with mascot Tall Boy the Can in the early afternoon, and will be sold during a tasting sometime in the late afternoon between 3:30 – 6pm.  The lucky purchaser of the 1 millionth case will win 2 Red Sox tickets in the Narragansett “Hi Neighbor” 3rd row seats.  They will also watch the game with Mr. Hellendrung and former New England Patriot Troy Brown, who is also a Gansett owner.  Furthermore, the winner will get their name engraved on a plaque that will live on a brick at the new Narragansett brewery, which is targeted to open in 2011.  McKinlay’s Liquors is located at 624 Main Street in Holden, MA, so come on down and join us for the fun and maybe you’ll walk away with the 1 millionth case!
