1. SPONSOR

This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Narragansett Brewing Company ("Sponsor"). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Narragansett Brewing Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Online Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official entry website and complete and submit the online entry form with all required information, including your name, age verification, email address, and any other requested details.

Only one (1) entry per person per email address is permitted for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase of any product or service is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

5. PRIZES

Grand Prize (1 winner): One (1) custom 1975-themed Cruizin' Cooler. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,699.

Secondary Prizes ([INSERT NUMBER] winners): Narragansett Brewing Company branded merchandise.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The random drawing will take place on or around September 7, 2026.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of issuance. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
• Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
• Released Parties (Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents) are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, hardware, or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

• Printing errors
• Lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail
• Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries
• Injury or damage to persons or property

10. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Narragansett Brewing Company's Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Sponsor for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

12. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that:

1. Any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action lawsuit.
2. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred.
3. No punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages may be awarded.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

13. RESPONSIBLE DRINKING

This promotion is sponsored by an alcoholic beverage company. Narragansett Brewing Company encourages all participants to drink responsibly.
