Narragansett may be the official beer of the clam, but we wanted to offer another delicious delicacie from the sea. Lobster tails steamed in Gansett are not only easy delicious, but tie in with this week's Clam Shack. Since the South Street Diner in Boston is having a lobster dinner tonight for their anniversary and it's Gansett's 120th anniversary year, we felt it was appropiate to give you a recipe to try with our beer. Ingredients
* 2 whole lobster tail
* 1/2 (12 fluid ounce) can Narragansett beer
Directions
1. In a medium saucepan, over medium to high heat, bring the beer to a boil.
2. If lobster tails are still in the shell, split the shell lenghtwise first.
3. Place a steamer basket on top of the saucepan. place thawed lobster tails in basket and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
