Last year, Mark made a beer brine and then fried some turkeys which he donated to the Amos House in Providence. Check out the above video to see the brine recipe and watch Mark fry the bird. Then he picked up some sides from Olga's Cup & Saucer and Rick's Roadhouse and headed to the Amos House. They were so happy to have some delicious food donated the day before Thanksgiving.
