This Weekend: Celtic Fest And Back Alley Pong

This time of year everyone gets in the green spirit. And we're not talking about the recycling video of Mark. We mean Irish heritage. St. Patrick's Day is on the way and everyone in New England loves to celebrate their Irish Heritage. A day filled with Irish music, food and of course beer. Just about every weekend in March there's a pot-o'gold in one are or another. And the smell of corned beef and cabbage fills the air. So tomorrow down in West Kingstown, RI the Court House Center for the Arts will be celebrating with their 3rd annual Celtic Fest. The 'Gansett Girls are heading their with some Gansett to serve up. So start the St' Ptaricks season off right with us.

Back Alley

The above flyer pretty much sums it up. The Walnut Hill Bowling Alley's pub, Back Alley, is holding a bar pong tournament tomorrow night. And this is the event of the season for Woonsocket. So you don't want to miss this. The 'Gansett Girls will be there with prizes for people and you could even win cash. Maybe start practicing tonight with some Gansett tall boys. The Back Alley does have lager draft so we're all set in that department. But you will need a really good partner to sick them pong balls. And don't worry about having to work on a Saturdy. The mayhem doesn't really begin until 11pm.
