This weekend marks 50 years of folk music history in Newport, RI. From Saturday, August 1 to Sunday, August 2 over 30 artists will take the stage at Fort Adams State Park. Narragansett is honored to be able to share the tradition this year. Yes this is the same festival where Dylan "went electric" in 1965 and caused all that controversy. With legendary acts such as The Decemberists, Iron & Wine, and Pete Seeger this year promises to be just as epic. No need to tailgate for this show, 'Gansett Tall Boys of light and lager will be on sale. There's no better way to spend a summer weekend than listening to some great music with a cold 'Gansett.
