NBX (Narragansett Bikes) hosted their annual Grand Prix of Cyclocross racing this past weekend at Goddard Mem0rial State Park in East Greenwich, RI . Since Narragansett is the official beer of the NBX team, we just had to get out there and see this. The cold, wet weather didn't keep anyone away. Bike enthusiasts from all over New England and beyond came in support of this wonderful race. The 'Gansett Girls were set-up in the park's Carousel building serving beers for the thirsty riders and spectators. Between each race the place filled up for the awards and tons of people were signing our petition. With mud still fresh on their faces, the bikers would warm up with some chili and wash it down with a 'Gansett. Our porter was the biggest hit since it fits the season best. It was another great weekend for 'Gansett and of course the folks at NBX. Thanks for all who came out! Here are some photos of the 'Gansett Girls.
