Fest Reviews: Beer Advocate

Beer Advocate is one of the best resources for learning all you need to know about beer. There are tons of reviews on thousands of great beers. Consumers can even chime in and post their own reviews and comments. You might already know that our lager is the highest rated domestic lager on the site. The Alstrom Bros give our lager a B+ and with 175 consumer reviews we earned a B-. ( Click here for more on that ) So now that the Fest is out, it's getting a lot of buzz on the site. The Alstrom Bros gave us a B for the Fest and here's what Jason had to say.

Tall boy, no freshness date.
A whole lot of froth, clear and tawny. Bready malt nose, hint of caramel and faint spicy hop. Nice snap of crispness, smooth medium body. Wet malt palate, kiss of both caramel and toasted biscuit ... some dried grass as well. Hops go a tad spicy and have a balancing herbal bitterness. Clean throughout with a small breath of alcohol. Malty finish that stays semi-dry.
A fresh tasting O-fest, enough stride to pull away from the middle of the pack.
