(yes, we really do) So once again we create an interesting evening where we pair a wine AND a brew with each course ! You'll get to tell us just which one goes better with each tapas course. We'll bring in our friends from 4 outstanding New England breweries to sample some special seasonal beer for you PLUS they will each have a pairing with our food selections. We're excited to announce that two breweries have signed up so far ! First we welcome our good friends from Cisco Brewers in Nantucket ! Brand Manager, Rebecca Walters will be here to tell us all about them. Secondly, it took us 4 years, but we finally welcome the Long Trail Brewing Company to our group. Sales manager Chad Fay will be on hand to represent their outstanding brewery. Next up is the Narragansett Brewery from Rhode Island. Brand manager, Bill Kingsbury will tell you what's new with 'Gansett. Last but not least, we welcome back one of our favorites, the Berkshire Brewing Company from South Deerfield, MA. Old friend and co-owner, Gary Bogoff will be showing off his new Spring line-up ! Chef Phil will tantelize us a superb Spring mud menu of 4 Tapas sized entrees and we'll pull out 4 great wines to challenge those microbrews !
