Narragansett Beer hosted our first Boston beer dinner at Kingston Station on Thursday, July 21, 2011 to showcase the broad range of our award-winning brews, from classic easy-drinking standards to flavorful craft offerings. It was sold out and everyone loved the food paired with the beers. We worked with Kingston Station Executive Chef Dana Love, to pair the selection of beers with a special four-course menu to highlight and compliment the diverse flavor portfolios of the featured beers. Check out the photo gallery below. All photography by Haley Rose. The pairing menu included:

LITTLENECK CLAMS

Tomato Saffron Broth, Crostini

Narragansett Lager, “Official Beer of the Clam”

LUMP CRAB SALAD

Avocado, Ginger Vinaigrette

Narragansett Summer Ale, bursting with light, fresh citra hops

BRAISED SHORT RIB

Wild Mushroom Potato Risotto, Broccoli Rabe

Narragansett Porter, this taste of cold-weather comfort food is complimented by the rich, malty notes of ‘Gansett’s winter seasonal

LEMONGRASS PANNA COTTA

Passion Fruit Caramel Sauce

Narragansett Bock, this ‘sweet finish’ is balanced by the beer’s pleasantly bitter finish
