It's the first sign of Summer. When your eyes see the, "Now Open For The Season," sign your mouth begins to water with the thought of salty fried goodness fresh from the sea. We New Englanders are fortunate enough to live in a place where such great dishes are delivered fresh to our palates. Not too mention there's a great clam shack on every corner sandbar. Well Wollaston Beach in Quincy is nothing shy of the best. The Clam Box is most certainly famous for their fried clams and like Mark's tweet said, "Gansetts going in!" New England's famous lager with our famous fried clams. It's no wonder we are the official beer of the clam. You couldn't ask for a better Spring afternoon. It's 85 degrees out today and the Clam Box is open for the season. So stop by and have a 'Gansett!

Located on Wollaston Beach, The Clam Box has been a local favorite since 1968. Right across the street from the beach, their casual atmosphere offers both eat-in and take-out. So you can relax with a 'Gansett and fill your belly after a day at the beach or even take a dozen to enjoy while sunbathing. Aside from their famous whole belly and clam strips, they also offer other seafood favorites like shrimp, scallops, haddock and more. And if that doesn't satisfy you, they also have chicken strips, steak tips, burger, dogs and kids menu. Open 7 days a week at 11 am, this is a New England summer staple.
