Weekend Recap: Pints For Paws, NE Brewfest And More

Pints For Paws is the Providence Animal Rescue League’s annual fundraiser. It’s a day full of food, music and beer all to benefit our best friends. They had discounts on micro-chipping and adoption. Everyone enjoyed music from Northern Lands, Roz Raskin and the Rice Cakes, Sourpunch and OC45. Some great local food trucks like Poco Loco and Fancheezical were serving up delicious eats for all. With a little extra admission, attendees could enjoy a VIP Craft Beer Tasting featuring great Rhody brews including ‘Gansett Lager, Summer Ale and Cream Ale. It’s one of the most unique fundraisers and we’re glad to be a part of it.

The 9th Annual New England Brewfest had 30 breweries and over 100 beers on tap including ‘Gansett. Everyone got to try something new including fresh Lager and Summer Ale on tap. Along with other great beers to try, there were vendors selling all things beer-related (ever heard of jelly made with beer? We have now), a homebrewing demonstration, a variety of food for purchase, and live music. Definitely one of the best brew fests in New Hampshire.
