The Castle at Park Plaza was bananas all weekend for the Beer Summit’s Winter Jubilee. With the weather as cold as it was no one needed any ice for the kegs this time. Between Friday and Saturday hundreds of thirsty beer fans piled into the Castle in Boston for one epic show. They crowded around the Gansett booth for a taste of our Bock, Cream Ale and Lager. Everyone was loving the Bock and said it was the best they’ve had and it was an all around great beer for the Spring. Weighing in at 6.5% abv and plenty of munich and pilsner malts to give it a nice full body and complex flavor which fits perfectly with a slight bitterness from the northern brewer and hallertau hops. Not a bad way to spend the weekend. Can’t wait for the next Beer Summit.

The Castle at Park Plaza was bananas all weekend for the Beer Summit’s Winter Jubilee. With the weather as cold as it was no one needed any ice for the kegs this time.
