Also in the house this week is Audio.Slab

Audio.Slab is a mixture of audio/visual and 4 specific projects representing his distinct interest in music that sometimes have a tendency to blend together. On any given night you may hear harsh noise made by hand built repurposed circuit bent electronics/ 8-bit Grindcore/ Electro/ DUBSTEP/ or Breakcore that ventures into some pop and even party jams. Audio.Slab thrives off the energy of his audience and holds nothing back in return for what he receives from the room he’s playing. The focus of the music/imagery is to captivate the listener and indoctrinate them into a world of madness until the point where the listener has no choice but to let it take hold of them and embrace the ride.

JokerJay has been involved in the Providence music scene for quite some time and is starting to build a name for himself. He has been spinning regularly at BassDrop and is one of only a few who spins a Heavy Electro set there. JokerJay takes full advantage of his 2 Numark V7s and rips it up with Serato Itch. Combining new Electro with classic hits JokerJay is sure to make you sweat no matter the occasion.

Beat Terrace

BeatTerrace (composed of Dj GreenHell and Dj Heavy G) has only been around since Winter 10′ but have found their place in the Dubstep/Electro/DNB scene. From spinning house parties, to the local college pubs in south county, to the weekly dubstep events in Providence, BeatTerrace is known to induce maximum bassface.

We’ll be mashing up all your favorites from Misfits, Mogwai, Le Tigre, Kid Cudi, Grizzly Bear, The Detroit Cobras, Justice, The Black Keys, Adele, The Strokes, The Clash, Lady Gaga, Black Sabbath, Devo, Notorious B.I.G., Bad Brains, David Bowie, Andrew W.K., The Ramones, Passion Pit, Clap Your Hands Say – Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Lcd Sound System, Muse, MGMT, Bright Eyes, Led Zep – Pistols, Phoenix, Daft Punk, Rise Against – Dum Dum Girls, The Dirtbombs, She Wants Revenge, Dinosaur Jr, The Black Kids, MC5, M83, Fugazi, Wu Tang.
