The Southeast New England Film, Music and Arts Festival is based in Rhode Island. SENE seeks to involve audiences in a full range of cultural opportunities, combining film, music and art into year"round events designed to cross"promote the works of filmmakers, musicians and artists to new audiences. The third annual SENE Film Fest runs April 6-10 and features 14 artists, 10 live performances and 20 film programs including 70 short and feature-length films. Tonight, Narragansett beer is sponsoring the screening party of the Phantom Pervert Of Poquamuck at Fat Belly's in Providence. This short feature is about a clumsy young man has a disastrous late night encounter with the mysterious Phantom Pervert. Having no where else to turn, his cranky swamp yankee uncle reluctantly agrees to help him out. This hilarious dark comedy will make you think twice about eating pork. It starts at 9pm. It's that time of year again. When tons of thirsty beer fans pile into the Rhode Island Convention Center to sample over hundreds of the best beers in the world. This can be none other than the spring Great International Beer Festival in Providence. With two great shows it all goes down tomorrow. The day session is from 1 to 4:30pm and the night session is from 6:30 to 10pm. So stop by the Gansett booth and say Hi Neighbor to us. We'll be pouring lager, light, bock and porter.
