This Weekend: Red Sox Season Opener And Salem’s Spring Fling

The official start of the Boston Red Sox baseball season starts today. Even though they are away, we can all still root for our favorite home team in one of our favorite bars. The game starts at 4:05pm today against the Texas Rangers in Arlington, TX. To start the 2011 season off right, you’ll need America’s highest rated domestic lager (according to Beer Advocate) to enjoy while rooting for the Sox. It also happens that the Gansett Girls will be at Dave’s Bar & Grill in Warwick today for the game with Gansett beer specials and prizes. So if you’re in the area, get down there to watch the game. Then next weekend we get ready for the Home Opener at Fenway Park. GO SOX!
