The Nation's premiere rhythm & blues band, Steve Smith and the Nakeds is also the official band of Narragansett beer. For over 35 years, this powerhouse has toured extensively throughout New England and beyond. Since 'Gansetts return in 2005, they have been promoting the beer at all of their shows. Their legendary performances have become a tradition to several Rhode Islanders for an evening out to one of the many venues they rock weekend after weekend. These loyal fans have also become supporters of 'Gansett by drinking their part at every show to help us build a brewery. Two Rhode Island traditions, Steve Smith and the Nakeds and Narragansett beer.

The band has shared the touring stage with Bruce Springsteen's saxophonist, Clarence Clemons for a series of critically acclaimed performances. They have been featured on television, appearing on MTV's video countdown program "The Basement Tapes," and more recently, an episode of "The Family Guy." Most recently they have been entered in Foxwood's "Be The Wonder Behind The Hit" contest. In which they could win a grand prize package worth $25,000. So check out their version of the jingle, "The Wonder Of It All" and vote. And next time you see their show make sure you Have A 'Gansett with Steve Smith and the Nakeds.
