This Weekend: Sound Session, Dirty Water TV, Troy Brown And RI World Of Flavors

Sound Session has brought great live music to Providence all week. It continues on Friday night with a concert in the downtown skating center featuring Fat Joe and Noreaga. Then stop by the Narragansett back-lot stage behind the Black Rep Theater for a cold ‘Gansett, live music and sign our petition from the ‘Gansett Girls. It finishes on Saturday night with a Carnival Parade. Be on the look-out for our wagon with Clammie, the ‘Gansett Girls, and music from Sharks Come Cruisin’.  For more info visit providencesoundsession.com.

Heading to Cape Cod for another great summer weekend? Then stop at Kappy’s Fine Wines & Spirits, 21 Spring Bars Rd., in Falmouth, MA for some ‘Gansett and meet former Patriots star Troy Brown for an autograph from 5 to 7 PM tonight. After the cooler is full, head to Trader Ed’s in Hyannis for a filming of NESN’s Dirty Water TV at 8 PM.

The Rhode Island World of Flavors competition will take place on Sunday, July 12 from 1 to 6 PM at the downtown skating center in Providence. Come have a ‘Gansett and sample great international foods from dozens of the states top chefs and restaurants. For tickets and more info visit riworldofflavors.com.
