Roll out the Barrel: 7% Alcohol by Volume and 22 IBUs. A traditional dark lager beer that delivers a uniquely delicious flavor experience.

Quality Supreme: Brewed with summit hops, tettanger and six types of malts, including chocolate malt, cara-malt and crystal malt.

Taste & Enjoy: Gansett Bock offers an extremely approachable craft experience not to be confused with the double and triple bocks out on the market. This bock is a highly-drinkable and deeply-flavorful dark lager with mocha and caramel notes that do not overpower your taste buds and produce a balanced, smooth finish.
The History: Narragansett Bock made its debut back in the ’30s and quickly rose in popularity thanks to the Bock Beer Festivals held on the brewery’s grounds (until that one day in the ’70s when things got way out of hand). If you’re wondering why there’s a gazing goat on the label, it’s because “bock” is German for goat. The term was originally used metaphorically in old Germany to reference the strength of the beer, but it eventually stuck as the style name. You learn something new every day.
