CASES SOLD

Support the Cause!

helpusbuild

Let’s face it, ‘Gansett belongs in New England. And that’s exactly where we intend to build our new brewery.

In order to do that, however, we need to sell 7.5 million cases a year. That’s where you come in! Helping out is easy. You can:

1. Sign our petition below

2. Buy a case

3. Tell us if your local bar or packie doesn’t carry ‘Gansett

Do all three and really help us out!

Remember, the more cases we sell and the more bars that carry our beer, the closer we get to building the brewery. Do it for New England, it deserves to have its beer back!

The Hanafords off of Exit 6 in Nashua, NH doesn't carry Gansett, and I'm kinda pissed about it. A thoroughbred Connecticut New Englander, I know how to sail, camp, chop wood, own more than five pieces of L.L. bean clothing, have nautical tattoos, and drank Naragansett beer the whole time I was at home. I come to school here in New Hampshire, and I can't find a fucking case in a convenient location to buy. Help me Naragansett Beer!

This weekend I will be purchasing 3 cases for a family reunion taking place after attending a memorial mass and celebration for my dad (a WW2 vet)who was a HUGE fan of "Gansett or 32 years after WW2 'till his death in 1977

It's about time! I remember driving past the old brewery many times and wondering who would have the (insert male body part here) to bring it back. Although I left RI over 20 years ago, I still refer to her as home.
I'm happy to spread the word throughout Arizona...send beer.

I am lucky to have a couple of things near me that carry Narry - "mama's crow bar" in Portland ME (and, seriously, they would LOVE an event, and so would its clients) and Downeast Beverage (oh and I think RSVP Liquors) in Portland. There is an absolutely palpable, not-to-be-taken-lightly upswing in interest in these parts. As you marketing and business folks are surely aware, while PBR maintains status/presence in the niche, it's getting to be a little stale/old. The line you are taking with fresh, local, wholesome, no frills, attractive packaging, and (apparently - though sadly i've never met any) promo girls CAN and WILL work if you stay the course. Best of luck and keep it real... As for the 'case' for me this year - eh, no comment ;)

Keep on truckin'!

don't much care for the lager, but I'd love to try the porter. how about an ale, likeBallantine's old IPA?

I work in Massachusetts at Applebee's I know that we have had some customers that request a 'Gansett Beer, but we don't sell it. We currently have our beer specials for Coors Light and Killian's and even Sam Adams Lager and Sam Seasonal all of which are on draft and they are all the best selling beers due to the fact they are so cheep. If Narragansett made a deal with companies like Applebee's or other chain restaurants in New England and put 'Gansett beer on draft and made it a special and the stores promoted the beer the same way they promote Coors or Killian's it could help the cause!

I know it's not quite New England, but come to Hoboken, NJ - we have 30 bars on one street (Washington St.) that runs for 15 blocks (about a mile) and enough concentrated youthful and professionals mixed in the local population to fill them! As a Hoboken resident for 5 years we are real tired of Yuengling & PBR specials and need a tasty value beer with character and some real flavor. I will list a few bars and my "packie" that might best fit your market in Hoboken.
1. Maxwells Bar 1039 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030 www.maxwellsnj.com
2. City Bistro 56 14th Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030 citybistrohoboken.com
3. Liberty Bar 61 14th Street www.libertybar.com
4. Hudson Tavern 51 14th Street www.hudsontavern.com/
5. Madisons Bar and grill 1316 Washington St www.madisonbarandgrill.com

Liquor Stores "packies!" !. www.sparrowine.com/uptown 1224 Shipyard lane, Hoboken, NJ 07030. Biggest store and Best Beer selection in Hoboken.

Seriously, Narragansett is delicious and you folks need to bring the ladies down to Hoboken and take over the place. It is a very concentrated open and manageable market across the Hudson River from Manhattan, so think about doing some promotions down here. Best of luck, and I will buy as many cases as I can as soon as it is available!

Cheers!

'Gansett is our own New England beer, plain and simple. My grandmother gave me my first "Gansett one very hot summer day in 1969 after mowing her lawn. I was facing the draft at 18. She said "If I was old enough to fight, I was old enough to have a beer". Her own son was killed in WWII at 19. I wonder if he ever had a 'Gansett? I know he missed watching Red Sox games and enjoying a cold "Gansett like many in my family, and many in Foster, Rhode Island have for generations. I feel sorry for him on missing out on this simple pleasure, and yet, I'm so proud of him.

All the local distributors only carry pounders.

Love it, but wish we could get more variety.

Keep it up.

Just purchased a case of Gansett @ North Penn Beverage in Souderton, PA! I'm a Partiots fan in PA and was very excited to see my local distributor carrying your product. Best of luck to rebuilding the brewery! The guys in North Penn Beverage were promoting Narragansett and the display of cases was right up front. Wahoo. Tally Ho!
