Every Fall thousands of thirsty beer fans piled in the Rhode Island Convention Center and sample hundreds for craft beers from all over. The Great International Beer Festival is more than just a festival. It's part of a large competition where hundreds of craft beers are sampled by professional judges and awarded medals. In the past, Narragansett has taken home both a bronze and gold for our Lager in the American Lager category. Last year we took home a gold for Fest in the Oktoberfest category and a bronze for our Porter in the Robust Porter category. Excited to see what will happen this year. We'll be entering all of our brews again including the craft brewed Cream Ale. The competition is closed to the public, but you are welcome to attend the festival on Saturday. The festival is where you can sample and learn more about the award winning craft beers. We'll be specifically pouring our new Cream Ale on draft.
