Neighbor’s Choice Winners Announced!

The campaign is over. Thousands of ballots have been counted. Today we swear in the rightful winners of the Neighbor’s Choice Variety Pack. You the people have chosen to bring back our Bohemian Pils, Fest Lager, and Cream Ale. Look for them in this Fall’s limited edition variety pack alongside our classic Lager! If memory fails you, here’s a little on each beer:

Bohemian Pils

This fan favorite was our first year round offering outside of Lager and Light. It’s a flavorful yet easy-drinking, refreshing beer; this brew features the nuanced flavor of Pale malt, Pilsner malt, Wheat malt and Cara Blonde malt up front, balanced with the bitterness of Northern Brewer and Hallertau hops. Tons of flavor and yet still highly drinkable.

Fest Lager

Not to pat ourselves on the back, but our Fest is a great example of a traditional German Oktoberfest Marzen Lager. It is perfectly balanced with four varieties of malts and two styles of hops. This is an extremely easy drinking autumn seasonal beer, but one you will want to savor as the rich malt profile complements the crisp, but not overpowering, hop flavor perfectly.

Cream Ale

We’re not going to beat around the bush. We enjoy lawnmower beers. Our Cream Ale was brewed with an ale yeast and lagered at 38 degrees for a clean, crisp finish.  This beer is clean, flavorful, light, and crisp, making it a real thirst quencher. It’s an ode to beers of a forgotten age, when things were just a bit slower…and some would say a little bit better. You’ll really enjoy the supreme drinkability of this beer, whether you’re mowing the lawn or mowing down duckpins at the local lanes. Keep your eyes peeled – we might give this favorite a new name in 2017…
