Weekend Recap: The Silks With The Tower & The Fool Concert

We didn't let the rain stop the rock. The second BRU Summer Concert was moved to the Whiskey Republic due to thunderstorms. Not sure if they were ready for us. The place was absolutely packed by the time The Tower & The Fool started. They played all their hits from their LP How Long. It only got more crammed inside as The Silks took the stage and played a wild set. They rocked the house with their stlye of blues and and roots rock. Tall Boy got in on the action and took photos with the band members. Tons of people were crushing Gansetts and the ended up selling out. Looking forward to what this Friday brings.
