Rhode Island’s premiere seafood festival hosting the best seafood in all of Rhode Island and southern New England. Restaurants, food distributers, breweries, wineries, local companies, artists and non-profit organizations will be present at the event to promote their products, service or cause and celebrate the end of the summer. There will be live music playing at "The Pier Stage" throughout the event and of course plenty of Narragansett beer to enjoy.

The Village Voice's Brooklyn Pour craft beer festival will kick off its first annual event at the old Williamsburg Savings Bank - now called Skylight One Hanson in Ft. Greene, Brooklyn. On Saturday, October 15, 2011, the event will feature over 100 local, area craft beers along with food and entertainment. The afternoon event will enable guests to sip, taste, and guzzle a variety of beers, especially seasonal brews, in one location. Brooklyn Pour will offer all guests a complimentary tasting of beers, a souvenir glass, entertainment and VIP guests will be offered a special private tasting room in the mezzanine along with a VIP gift bag and surprise guests.

Tutored Tastings by leading wine and beer experts will be offered throughout the afternoon. Jennifer Pereira, an authority on wine, spirits, and craft brewing from Johnson & Wales University College of Culinary Arts will offer fun and informative sessions. Sean Larkin, the international award-winning Chief Brewing Officer for Trinity Brewhouse, will also be on hand to educate guests on the aromas, flavors and brewing methods of the event's leading beers.

In addition to the tastings several local restaurants, highlighted by Federal Hill Pizza and a taco bar from Perro Salado, will serve up snacks and delectable samples. Beautiful Celtic and medieval-influenced music will be performed live by Jay and Abby Michaels, The Harper and the Minstrel.

Tickets are just $45.00 per person! Parking on the castle grounds is free, and guests are welcome to dress casually, but no one under 21 can be admitted.

Harvest Fest is Somerville Local First’s annual fall fundraiser and celebration. Held at Arts @ The Armory, Harvest Fest brings together local: beer, wine, music, art and restaurants for one of the best tasting events of the year.
