Weekend Recap: Miss Hi Neighbor Contest At Rhody Joe's

As you can see from the above video it got pretty wild down at Rhody Joe's Saloon in Wakefield, RI for the Miss Hi Neighbor contest Saturday night. The final three contests danced on top of the bar to win the crowd over in hopes of winning. After two rounds of intense questioning and lots of screaming, Karlie (contestant 5) was crowned Miss Hi Neighbor. She's from RI, but lives in CT right now.
