Hockey is such an exciting sport and even better when it's the local home team. Tonight the Providence Bruins take on the Manchester Monarchs at home in the Dunkin Donuts Center. What a great place to watch a game. Why? Because they have Gansett on tap. Not to mention the Gansett Girls will have a table set up raffling off some cool Gansett Gear like hooded sweatshirts and stuff. The t-shirt cannon might even fire out some Gansett shirts. How cool is that? Better yet it looks like tonight is also "Mug Night." So the first 3,000 fans through the door get a sweet P-Bruins thermal mug. Not just for coffee, this bad boy could keep your beer cold too. The game starts at 7:05pm, but get there early for the mug and to have a Gansett. Go Bruins!
Citywide Blackout presents Twangified 2011 and it looks like we're in for a real good night of music this Saturday at Precinct in Somerville. Lots of Gansett, hootnanny'n and hoedown'n will be going on. Jeff Byrd & The Dirty Finch will be playing along with The Brooklyns, Ashbrebner and more. First 50 fans through the door that are 21 and over will get one free Gansett. Show starts at 7:30pm so don't be late.
