It's going to be a statewide shopping frenzy for Massachusetts residents this weekend. Everyone knows how stressful that can be. Appliances, HD TVs, furniture, you name it. The %6.25 sales tax in MA is being waived for the weekend. It's part of the state's push to boost business withing the local economy. And what do you need to unwind at the end of a long day of shopping? An ice cold beer. So make it New England's own Narragansett beer. Best part is the tax free weekend applies to beer too. So stock up on multiple cases at your local Mass package store. You might want to get a second fridge just for the Gansett or better yet one of those home draft systems and get a Gansett keg.
