Roll out the Barrel: 5.5% Alcohol by Volume and 15 IBUs. This Marzen-style lager has rich malt flavors and is balanced by a Nobel hop character.

Quality Supreme: Fest is crafted in small batches at Trinity Brew House in Providence, RI by Master Brewer Sean Larkin. It is bittered with Northern Brewers and Tettnanger hops, and brewed with light Munich, dark Munich, and Vienna malts.

Taste & Enjoy: Gansett Fest is a delicious offering to enjoy during the Fall Oktoberfest season. It pairs great with roasted meats and spiced dishes. The perfect beer to enjoy as the weather cools and the nights get longer.

The History: Although they did hold some of the most famous Oktoberfest celebrations Cranston had ever seen, Narragansett never made an Oktoberfest style originally. Fall of 2009 marks this new era. We tapped the first few kegs at specific bars around Providence, and then officially introduced the beer at the Oktoberfest at the Newport Yachting Center during Columbus Day weekend. It went over so well that we plan on bottling this for the 2010 Autumn season. Please continue to enjoy this on tap at the Avery and Wild Colonial in Providence and Doherty’s East Ave Cafe in Pawtucket.
